Carmel Libraries
The Monterey Public Library is the largest public library on the Monterey Peninsula, with an extensive collection of books, tapes, CD's and other materials. Open 7 days per week, it offers full reference and research assistance, as well as a year-round calendar of programs and activities for people of all ages. They have special reading programs for both children and adults.
The Pacific Grove Library, located at 550 Central Avenue in Pacific Grove, (408) 648-3160 is on the web.
The Harrison Memorial Library is located in Carmel at the corner of Ocean Avenue and Lincoln Stree. They can be reached also by phone at (408) 624-7323.
